Cici's Pizza - Suite F

The Buffet could have been better with more Varieties of pizza as well as salad choices the business is not the same

Food is decent, don't always get the same variety of pizzas to choose from. Food on the buffet. Good if you want to eat a lot, not the best if you want quality food

We dine at Cici's all the time in Alexandria, La. This was our first time (and maybe last) at this location. When we got there, all workers were just standing there talking. Immediately I noticed the buffet was a little smaller than the one in Alexandria, La so I took that into consideration. There were 4, HALF pizzas out total (room for 2-3 more). 2 were severely overcooked and/or Old. The noodles were just sitting there, empty ... I had to ask for more to be cooked. After 40 minutes of us being there, they did ask if they could cook something particular for us, but by then, our meal was basically over. This was at 4pm. Do they not have a 5pm rush to prepare for? I'm so confused. The pizzas were also a lot smaller. They put out just medium pizzas on the buffet, which I can see being a huge problem when they are busy. The only positive is that the Cheesy bread was delicious. It was cooked right, topped right, lots of cheese, etc.

When we arrived at 6:30 there was only one pizza on the buffet. It was a pepperoni pizza. The pasta sauce was empty and the pasta that was on the buffet was old and hard. They did start making other pizzas but it took like 20 minutes per pizza to be put on the buffet. The BBQ pizza was good as always. The cinnamon rolls were also the best they're just a little smaller than I remember than being 10 years ago... Probably wouldn't dine here again.

Very dirty, kids working there were using the same pizza tray multiple times to put pizza on buffet. The cashier was just walking around with a big smile like he knew every open table in the place was dirty. He had 10 to 15 minutes between customers to grab a rage and cleaner to clean at least 2 tables.
