Nespresso Boutique Glendale

Was out of an espresso coffee so took a real quick trip to the Glendale Nespresso boutique. Greg help me out and was one of the nicest guys that was very educated on coffee. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and gave me an expresso shot for the trip home. Then when I got home I saw he put a extra box of a variety of Nespresso pods. I was delighted. So glad that Nespresso boutique is in Glendale.

I live in Americana and I just stopped by to pick some coffee capsules.The shop looks nice and give me a coffee boutique vibe. They have many coffee machines displayed and I believe you can try some coffee too. The capsule menu is big and sometimes confusing. They have so many flavors and each cup size has it's own. I just wanted simple capsules with coffee with no added flavors. You can purchase minimum of 10 flavors each. Service was very quick on the weekdays I was in and out in 5 minutes.

We were gifted a Nespresso Vertuo so we visited this store to see all the things we can do with it. The Glendale store is closest to us, about 2 hours away.As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted and offered a sample. We declined the sample but wanted to look around.I felt like we couldn't look around. We were asked what we were looking for. We didn't know. We just wanted to see what else was Nespresso.We were rushed into making a purchase and not given the chance to look around. I heard there was a milk frother? Didn't get to see that until after we bought something.I kept trying to look at the menu and the sales lady would pull it away from me and tap her nails on it as she was explaining what everything was. That was super annoying! I had questions and she seemed annoyed to answer them.I guess this store is mainly for the experienced Nespresso junky. We are new to it and nobody had the patience for us. But we still left with a bunch of coffee since my husband loves his machine. We may trave further and try another store just to see what else there is to buy.P.S. we got a 2 pack sample of coffee which was a nice little surpris in our bag.

Always a pleasure coming to this store. Frequently staff, great selection of pods. Jessica is always our go to sales associate and is very knowledge in what she recommends is. 10/10
