Long wait. Only one person working. Greeted from the back of the store. I decided to leave after waiting for 7 minutes for someone to come to the front to take my order.

I thought it was a great first-time experience here. The staff was super nice! The treats were so yummy. It was very clean and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend stopping by.

Always fresh and great tasting cookies at this location. Also best owners and people that work here to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. If you are not satisfied even the slightest, they will go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Great people and business!!!!

These cookies are delightful when warm; they have a wonderfully soft and mushy texture that's truly enjoyable. However, I must admit that I hoped for a better service experience, especially considering the premium price of these cookies. I placed an online order and upon arrival, I inquired about the status of my cookies. Unfortunately, the communication between the staff seemed lacking, as they initially told me it would be a few minutes, but it ended up taking longer than expected. Improving their teamwork and service efficiency would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Had a dilemma today and Lance did such a great job taking care of it. Thank you so much Lance! I wish every store was filled with workers like you.
