Kfc - Sugar Land

Man. The service at this point has improved 10 folds. It is ironic that so many other chains have seen a service decline, and this KFC has gone the complete opposite direction. Even the staff is training is courteous and goes out the way to ensure that your order is correct and everything is good before your departure. The food was fresh and good. I usually burn a little bit over the original recipe under done, but this place seems right for a mix of done and not dry. Overall a consistently good experience.

Hot and fresh. I'd rather travel to this place than on the southwest highway. After 4 p.m. you get Stale tasting near cold chicken. I like hot and fresh chicken and here everything I bought was hot. A plus yes hot is the key. I recommend this car and I will return. Also stop the big customer service work. Kind of clean. The others must follow these KFC tips.

I have been coming to this Lokarion for several months and many of the Fast Foods can get some pointers from the staff here. Every time I go to the customer service is great. They greet with a beautiful smile and give energy as if they love their job....and they should! The food is always fresh and ready to go in time. The share of offers is always good and the chicken sandwiches are skurril. I want to give a friendly worker Terrell a special cry. He was very nice and he showed professional work ethics that let me know that I chose the right KFC location to keep the good work! Many young people could use your energy!

Love the new herbal chicken... taste, texture and taste!

Hot chicken tenders and fries. Nice finger food while driving home. Even the doggos love it. Raspberry tea was great.
