Jack In The Box - Sugar Land

Order was canceled by an uber driver, got a notice to call the restaurant, and the phone is off the hook.... somewhat to be expected from a late night fast food place, but c'mon guys! ?

Went to get the $5 special. The drive through service person was great and the food was good also.

Gave them another try….cannot get anyone to take my order in dining room. Customer service is no good still!!!Night time person rude and uses profanity, sometimes at night they close This was posted 2 years ago and they have gotten worse they won't even acknowledge you, you have to drive to window and yell out your order. Owners don't even care is must be there write off for taxes!!!

The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, with charismatic and very friendly staff. The preparation and attention to detail align perfectly with the order and schedule. Excellent!
