Bidra med feedbackWe hosted our moms 80th birthday event in the churrascos sugar land and it was so fantastic. they allowed us to decorate the area with balloons and special bed linen etc. the personal was so courteous and made my mother and all her guests so special and welcome. leo, cristian and those were our server and they were excellent. the manager jose went beyond and beyond to help us change tabs for the device and everything else we needed. he was present in the night and visible. the food was so delicious. one of my cousins of tampa said that this was the best steak he ever had and he travels all over the world. we will definitely recommend this restaurant to all our family and friends. what an amazing experience. I must mention thalia, who helped us from day to day to look at the room and guide us through the planning. great work churrascos sugar land.
After 5 years, I can't believe we haven't tried this place before. This was the best dining experience we've had in Sugar Land. The plantain chips and dips started it off right, and it got better with each course. The plantain fried shrimp w/ chile was incredible, and the meats were spot on perfect.
My server was incredibly rude and dismissive! I don?t know if this is a cultural thing or what but it is unacceptable. I cannot pretend to be a butcher but it would stand to reason that this is not a center cut butterflied filet. The potatoes were dry and over cooked. Now the lamb lollipops- on everything, any chef knows this is absolutely not how you cook this dish! It was cold to the touch and well done in the middle. I understand we are in a weird place for the restaurant industry, so I waited a while to decide whether it was worth writing. It appears this location relies on the hotels surrounding to provide new customers. There is some really cool elements to the menu but stay away from the lamb and watch what cut you are promised.
I took my family to try Churrascos for the first time and happened to stumble in on a day that they had a buffet. After looking at the items, we opted to try the buffet. The variety was just perfect to satisfy my needs. I prefer a smaller number of high quality choices over lots of low quality items. Don't get me wrong. There was a good amount of food to choose from but the quality more on par with the Vegas buffets vs the Chinese buffets. The waiter wanted us to try the pancakes which we had to order with him but is part of the buffet. It wasn't something I wanted to do because carbs just fill you up and decrease the amount of more expensive items you can eat (haha, I kid.. kinda) He was right. The pancakes were delicious. Overall, I was really happy with the food and the service. I was hesitant to go to Churrascos because because I didn't know what to choose. Luckily, with the buffet, I was able to sample everything from steak to shrimp to chicken. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're wanting to try Brazilian food. Also, this isn't a the typical Brazilian buffet where they bring skewers of meat to your table.
Churrascos was so delicious! We ordered the Red Snapper and shrimp, salmon and shrimp, churrascos steak and potatoes and a kids Mac n cheese. Everything was good and done with perfection. I high recommend the rose sangria as it got the job done as well as the red sangria. Only thing we desired with the food was on the salmon dishes to have just a bit more sauce we found ourselves wanting more on the dish! We will be back!
