Staff has music so LOUD you can’t even hear yourself think! How rude!

The worst service and sub I ever had, I was not asked what I wanted on my sub, no favor at all. I asked about the the top stove top because of cross-contamination in the young man looked at me like I was crazy the only reason why I asked was because I do not eat meat and it's a non Meatless sub so you will be concerned about the cross-contamination of a non meatless sub. I am aware of the shortness of staffing in the restaurant industry but be somewhat of concern of our patrons. Because I was in no way disrespectful to you guys, I just as a question, and my sub was not disappointed.

I had a big order and they were short staff. They did amazing to get my order completed. Couldn’t have been happier how they handled everything.

They never answer the phone and for people that are trying to make big orders they are really missing out. there is no hospitality when you go into Jersey Mikes on College Drive.

They are supposed to be open and I drove miles to get there. Thor hours show open until 9pm, however their door is locked and no notes or anything.
