Dunkin' - Suffolk

I just went in there to get a doughnut and a coffee and the woman at 1940 Dunkin' Donuts N. Main St. was absolutely nasty. she would absolutely be an embarrassing employee, if hired.

New and well-kept building. Pleasant staff with quick service. Move over, Starbucks, you've got competition!

Horrible service. We placed a mobile order 25 minutes prior and when I walked in it was nowhere to be seen. I waited in line, then the front worker stepped away to make coffees. I get it I'll wait. She finally comes up to me a few minutes later and I explain I'm here for my mobile order but don't see it anywhere. She says ok and goes to get it, then someone catches her and asks about his coffee(I think he went through the drive thru and they messed it up) so she drops what she is doing for me, takes his drink, and fixes it for him instead of handling my stuff first. Then, she says oh we're out of apple fritters. Ok, another coffee roll is fine. Ok. Another minute oh we're out of everything bagels. Ok... What bagels do you have? I asked her what bagels she has and she replied with plain. So I grudgingly say ok I'm over this. Another minute goes by and she comes back and says oh we're out of plain. How about an English muffin? So I say fine. 15 minutes later now it's been a good 45 minutes for my 2 sandwiches, toast, and 2 coffee rolls that they just had to take out of the case. 45 minutes. And another woman had to check on me at one point because guess what the sandwiches weren't made! The one they could make, anyway. Awful will not return. I hope you have better luck.

The food is not great, but the price is high. They even charged me 3 dollars for 3 cups of water!!! They play loud noisy pop music inside, and there is no shade outside. The umbrella are all broken. So we had to eat in the car. ???????

Hey so for all the people who wants to criticize Dunkin I have a few words…1. The latte machine was actually down it literally takes 10 seconds to make a latte no one is trying to keep coffee from you2. For the complaints about the donuts… it’s DUNKIN DONUTS . QUESTION If everyone goes to Dunkin DONUTS to donuts will Dunkin runout of donuts????Don’t think too hard with that one… plus when you have multiple people coming at 6 am to get 3 dozen boxes it doesn’t make the limited amount any better for others.3.If you complain about the time at the drive thru how about you complain to the people who orders at the box and then modify, cancel, or orders a whole new order by the time they get to the window? that takes time let alone the people who orders frappes or mcchickens and have to constantly remind them that this is not McDonald’s….4 …and lastly it CAN get hectic and stressful giving all customers what they need but to drop all of what you are doing for other customers to serve a customer who literally just walked through the door and to complain about it could seem a little self centered does it not ?But any waysThank you have a nice day
