I have never seen a steak prepared in such a violent way! You can hear the chef in the background just pounding good pieces of steak, turning them into a mess! We ordered medium well and it came out medium rare, so we asked to recook again and it was edible. I guess we are wrong to expect good steak in Sucre. On the other hand, the sides were fine, and the waitress was very polite. The place has a resort-like vibe, and the facilities were clean.

The meat was well done, the fries and rice that came with the dish were fine. I was disappointed in the salad. I felt it was both small and lacking in flavor. For a tourist, the value is average. But, I feel there are other options in the city that have the same quality for less.
