Platzhirsch - Stuttgart

My companion and I were meeting for lunch at the Hans in Gluck fountain and are very thankful we chose the Platzhirsch. I had an outstanding Rostbraten with great fries and salad for a reasonable lunch price. My companion had sauteed mushrooms. We both had...outstanding meals for good prices

Cold hot chocolate, salty heap of fries from Metro, zero atmosphere, hungover staff, cigarette fragrance...just terrible

A great restaurant for local dishes, with fast service and very friendly staff. Ideal to sit outside near the central shopping big squares area or inside if the weather is colder and enjoy a beer or a salad. The cuisine won't earn Michelin stars...but the food is good

Trying to find a local place for something to eat with my friend and we thought we’d try Platzhirsch. My friend ordered Maultaschen with gravy and onions it was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The little downside is the smoke in...the premises, it wasn’t warm enough for us to sit outside but we survived the smoke and drank beers all night! Definitely recommend this little bar!

Lovely place, excellent Swabian food, fresh and tasty. Good service and beer selection, upstairs is the nicely decorated non smokers area, take a seat near the window when they are free. You are welcome
