Subway - STURBRIDGE

After doing some shopping I stopped by here to grab a bite to eat. The place was very clean and Lex was attentive and quick with my order! My sandwich was made exactly how I like it and super fresh 10/10 I do recommend!

Usually Subways I go to are good, but the kid who must have been like 20 was totally rude and not in uniform. And the food tasted so off, like old and been sitting out.

It's where I go to get a large tuna. I like it on wheat or Italian, I could care less, it's fresh. Other sandwich shops in Town put one scoop of tuna on a bulkie, add a tomatoe and a wedge and charge double.

Pretty much the worse service, there was no one behind the counter until after like 10 mins of standing in line and when she did show up and I smiled she rolls her eyes, continues to say “we only have white bread, what do you want” I ordered and she aggressively made the sandwich and threw it into the toaster like the sandwich insulted her. Then asked “what do you want” when it’s time to put the veggies on ? someone’s clearly having a bad day and taking it out on the customers. She wasn’t even wearing a uniform. Pretty trashy look

Stopped in to grab some food with my family after our Walmart trip tonight and there was a pretty long line, which we were happy to wait because the one guy behind the counter (Brandon) was working hard and fast. It didn’t take long at all before he took our order, made our food and had us cashed out. Everything was delicious and he was perfectly pleasant and calm during what seemed like a very stressful situation. Kudos to you, Brandon!
