Sturbridge Seafood - STURBRIDGE

I dined there with a large group, and while some dishes were excellent, others fell short of expectations. The restaurant industry is challenging, and success depends heavily on the staff and the quality of each dish served. We’re willing to give it another try.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing and was told there would be a 30-minute wait for a table, despite being a party of one. I mentioned that the restaurant would be closing by then, but the hostess simply smiled, shrugged, and went back to rolling silverware. While I understand they were busy, there was no one ahead of me, and I noticed at least two unoccupied tables that hadn't been cleaned yet. A 30-minute wait seemed excessive; it could have been just a two-minute wait with a bit of courtesy. The older couple behind me experienced the same treatment. We all ended up eating at Burger King next door instead. I took the time to write this review to share my experience.
