The icecream is ok. If you want really good icecream that isn't a chain, try Beach House icecream down the road off Lillian. AMAZING!The service was good at coldstone but the icecream was just ok, not great by any means. The place is really dirty. It hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. I haven't been here in awhile but it is definitely going down hill, close to crashing.

Worst Cold stone ever! Ordered a mint chocolate chip. Fudge. Asked for no brownie. Put a large one in. Asked for a waffle cone and received a cup. Pointed it out and they squeezed the ice cream from the cup to the waffle cone. Paid my 9 dollars. For the brown Mush at the bottom of a cone. Hoping the flavor would be great. Asked since there was some missing from the transfer if I could have a little whip cream on top. Was told No. It was already made and itanother add in which I couldn't have because it was paid for already. I was not opposed to paying extra. Too>kbit out and there was no mint flavor at all. Just Mush brownie.Had to throw it out. I love cold stone and have been to several with friends but this one is a waste of money.

Delicious ice cream. ? ? I got the chocolate ? devotion in a waffle cone and if you love chocolate you will love it. The ice cream is mixed with your toppings right in front of you. The store is a little small but they can't really help that. Overall it was an amazing experience! ??

They have to do better. The place was very dirty. I should have left immediately but I been promising my 4yo ice cream from there.

Am I the only person that thinks it stinks in there? I mean why how is this place still open? The ice cream cooler machine in the front of the store has been making noises for over 5 years now. Where is the pride in cleanliness, looked like someone puked on the floor last time i was here. Ice cream is good thats why you get one star but i will never eat from here again!
