Papa Johns Pizza - Strongsville

Terrible. lied on the phone over order status, accepted orders without delivery driver and had not even prepared my order when I said I would come to it myself. I understand that I'm a short servant, but that's not the key to the customers. never comes again.

After 3 times that they needed 2 hours to deliver my pizza that they appreciated in 40~ minutes. I think I deserved to be crazy. the first 2 times were ordered before the time. I never order here again. I wouldn't even be so upset if they were right.

They have canceled my order at two different locations for not to deliver numbs. have received my refund on both orders. when he called in “Harrison”, the owner was so unprofessional about the situation.

Eating is always consistent, I don't think we've ever got a bad pizza or confused order from this place. everything is always freshened and kept warm when we pick up. the customer service is always very nice. food: 5/5

Delivery was very quick. Pizza was Hot (temperature). exactly what I ordered and tasted great. What else could they do ! ? Nothing.Kudos.
