Chipotle Mexican Grill - Strongsville

Here good quality is not the same as any chipotle I had, so this review has all stars to begin. the attitude of these workers was very rude, so there is a lack of some stars. a friend and I came to the facility, had the whole crew (about 7 employees) looked at us, but then they ignore us. we were the only people standing in the snake, there were about 3-4 groups of people eating, they were not busy at all. we waited at least 5 minutes until we could start ordering. I know that doesn't sound very long, but there was literally no one left out with us. there was only one girl who carried out online orders (which I understand that the people have to do that then get to them, but that was not this situation), but all the others did nothing, but also not our order. the portion sizes are rather shameful and were slashed every time I came here, so that this is not something that this special crew did (only this specific location,) they were especially rude and unfriendly, except for the man in the register. he was a joy. overall I will never come back to this place again and recommend to them to do the same and go to another chipotle. unless they want to pay for wimpy portions and bad customer service.

Good food and service. Prices have increased lately. Uncomfortable furniture in the dining room and strange background music. The music gets strange enough to be distracting.Vegetarian options: You can definitely find vegetarian choices. There are salad greens, fajita vegetables two kinds of beans, sofritas (soy protein, sort of like tofu) and vegetarian salsa choices.Dietary restrictions: You have control over what goes in your burrito or bowl. While there are many vegetarian choices, nutritional information for anything in their offerings is available for the asking.

So i spent $25 on the Garlic steak bowl with $7 extra meat through the online order, i picked it up, went home shared it with hubby for late night snack tonight, not only did i not get extra steak nor extra tomatoes nor extra fajita like i ordered, but i did not get a $25 worth bowl, half my meat was gristle. i was very disappointed with my order, i can't believe they would make a disparaging bowl like mine for a customer, no pride in their work, i was gonna call to get my money back or have my puny bowl remade but i don't think ill be going back ?

Why are the prices at this Chipotle in Strongsville higher, compared to the Chipotle in Middleburg Heights and North Olmsted.A Chicken entree at this location in Strongsville is $9.49Recently at both of the Middleburg Heights and North Olmsted Chipotle locations the same Chicken entree is $8.25Lower your prices !!

BAD just bad. Online order (as they prefer) and has been incorrect (missing lettuce) twice this month. No one answers a phone there, the only way to contact is live chat. That was futile. No more, no way ever, will I eat here again. Plenty of other options in Strongsville.
