Mcdonald's

This is by far THE WORSE McD that I have ever eaten at. You double the prices and half the services!! Shame on u and your rude servers. Cold food!! Horrible!

I ordered online but I was in the store. Everyone was very respectful to the workers. The first thing I noticed when I stepped in was that there was a large crowd. I had to use the bathroom and so when I walked in the toilets were disgusting. When I came out and was taking the orders of my friends the woman taking orders was so disrespectful and rude to everyone. She was yelling and had such an attitude and blamed it on the store being understaffed. There's no excuse to be rude to paying customers who are entering your business. The environment was harsh and hostile and if I were to ever come by Alabaster again this would be one of the last places that I would come to for food. They were out of everything, it was dirty, and the workers were just rude.

Everything about this McDonald’s is awful customer service is ridiculous ordering is pitiful people pulling off because they can’t place an order the only person that helped me and fixed my food was a guy name Otis I asked him what his name was and thanked him for helping me because it was a disaster I will not be revisiting.

The guy who took our order in the drive through was so freaking rude. I was amazed. “Hey what do you want” I replied “I have a code!” (i was using the app) “Well I sure hope it’s not a frappe or a mcflurry” “excuse me?” “What I just said”WHAT? Talked to me like I was a stupid child or something. He was white with brown hair. so extremely rude.

Honestly the worst employees . Manager is to blame i believe as they allow the workers to behave the way they do
