Bought the cheese tricolor tortellini at Wholefoods, absolutely tasteless. Made an italian vegetable soup and simmered these in right before serving to let the tortellini shine, what a mistake. They tasted of nothing!
Best artisanal pasta available in major stores made according to the traditional methods. You can taste the difference (when prepared well and paired with the right sauce). A head above the rest.
