Taco Bell - Strasburg

There was a while where they used tortillas filled with individual ingredients, and they would just make your burrito by tossing in the ingredients wrapped in tortillas and you would end up just having burrito thick tortillas.An now they close w.e they want and won't follow their own store hours. But they'll always be there to tell you they closed early for the night.

They guy that worked the window did a outstanding job.

All the lights were on and they were supposed to close at 2am. I got there at 1am and sat in the drive-thru for 40 minutes without anyone there taking my order. They said they had to close “about 30 minutes early” after I pulled up to the window. Do not go here it’s always slow and they charge way more than others.

Terrible customer service! Order Is always a train wreck! Won't be returning!

Strasburg Taco Bell is getting to be a joke! Ordered online and arrived about 15 minutes later, order still wasn't ready and had to sit in the drive through line for another 10 minutes. Drive thru guy almost dropped one of our drinks, the other one was a mess with the drink all over the sides of the cup and the lid crushed to the point it wouldn't even go on the cup...and he left it like that and handed it to me. Paid for sour cream on one item, didn't get it..Cinnabon iced coffee was horrible, burrito wrap was so thin you could see through it. And this is exactly why fast food restaurants shouldn't be paying $15/$16 an hour!
