Mcdonald's - Strasburg

Staff's friendly and always nice. But some of our foods mostly missing. Seem to have to go back through drive thru too often. Not sure about now but the ice cream milkshake machines always down. And recently our order was wrong and I caught it at the window and my 5 yr old grandson wanted the ffs and a lady assuming she was in charge came to the window and demanded all the food back. And my grandson of course start crying because he don't understand what's going on. But her attitude and demeanor was uncalled for. She didn't have to be so mean and rude. I try to avoid this McDonald's as much as I can. I'll drive the extra 10 15 mins to Dover McDonald's.

This place is disgusting. The food is cold. The workers are incoherent and spaced out. Also everytime I place an order here it’s wrong. The entire staff needs replaced. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went through the drive thru and paid $6.98 for 2 double cheese plain. Y am I paying $3.50 for a double cheeseburger? Food: 2 Service: 2

Very short on staff. Charged us for shakes. Came out and said machine not working but that's ok I didn't charge you for meals, I didn't know how. Manager very grouchy and short with who was there. Will not stop again Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
