Petit Ours - Strasbourg

The service was awful. The waitresse was impolite. We ordered after 30 minutes and we ate the starters after 45 minutes of the order. Unprofessionals. Honestly, not recommended!!!

Nothing wrong with the ingredients or service, but food is served luke warm. Too expensive for what we got served.

Extremely slow service even the restaurant wasn’t full. We were a group of 10 people and the main courses were not served at the same time. Some of us got cold lasagna and when I complained and asked them to return it the waitress looked at me reluctantly and returned it to the kitchen. She also told us that brandy is called cognac in French. I thought that French people know about alcohol beverages, especially people who are working in a restaurant. Cappuccino was served with a lot of whipped cream on top of it, panna cotta wasn’t really a proper one. Wouldn ‘t recommend this, far from a great French cuisine experience.

Restaurant with a rather user-friendly setting (rather in the upper part of the entrance). The waitress is friendly and it's a service rather to the good franquette we love or not. The dishes are good, we had a very good duck magret. dessert was good too. Very well for last minute reservations, there was room.
