The sandwich was ok. But way too much mayo!! My husband place the order. When he picked it up. No condiments on his to way many on mine. Which we didn’t even apply it on the app.

I'm pretty disappointed. I've ordered the gargantuan almost every week for the last few weeks. It's my favorite because the amount of meat is plentiful. I ordered it today and it came with what seemed like half the amount of meat. I ordered with doordash so with a brownie and tip comes to almost $18. I was willing to pay it because I could eat off it a few times but if they skim on the meat this way I'm done! Too much money for this.

Terrible sub there was no meat on it, and terrible service! JIMMY JOHN WOULD BE ASHAMED!!

Ordered turkey with lettuce and tomato.All lettuce.Had difficulty finding turkey.How sad. A turkey sandwich should be mostly turkey. This is my second time for same experience.
