Culver's - Stoughton

I'm going from time to time to this Culver as I live in Stoughton. I'll say that traffic control is sometimes crazy. The lines for Drive-Thru go all the way down the road to the stop sign. I have seen that it goes to the stop sign to the left when you look towards the road, and I have seen that it goes to the right, as well as several cars back, so that sometimes you go better. Even if I come during a busy time or a slow time, I will always be greeted with a smile. Apparently, people have Yawn and people their days off, but I've never seen anyone mistreat anyone in this particular place. Even if it's super heavy traffic and stress is inevitable, every employee I met in the background and even saw has just worked out her **** and still friendly to the customers. I admire the team effort of this store. I work at Taco Bell, so I am very familiar with customer service and it is not even close to my first fast food or customer service. I know what these people meet and experience every day and I am very surprised that they keep everything together very well. It is very stressful when the traffic is not-stop and you have no time to fill things up, and you have no time to do things or clean tables and all these small pages things that need to be done in the background. But they do it and they do it very well. All right, I'll take the time to write this review. I don't usually do that, just for over and beyond experiences. I suppose I should add that food is always great. Always hot sandwiches, fresh pommes and curds, never had food here, that was not exactly what I expected or better.

Had fish roast tonight. The next time he'll get back to Butterburger. Fish was good and Cole Slav too. Fries was cold. Dinner wasn't necessary.

Culver never fails. Was here to get her famous ice cream for me and roommates. The food is also great.

My meal was hot, my service was excellent, and my order was right and served with several smiles from the staff I interacted with! Would highly recommend.

Culver's usually has a line from 4-8, so I definitely expected the wait to be long! We went through the drive thru, and it surprisingly went by very quickly! Everyone working seemed on top of things and they were very friendly!
