Senjyu Japanese Fusion - Stouffville

I visited Senjyu during its opening weeks and was not impressed. However, I decided to give it another chance recently to see if there had been any improvements.

The food at this restaurant meets the standards of all-you-can-eat places. They have a good selection of dishes and I especially love their aburi (flamed) sushi.

Fantastic choice for Japanese and fusion cuisine in Stouffville! The restaurant is spacious with ample seating available in both the bar and dining sections.

This is by far the best Japanese "all you can eat" in the area. The food is wonderful and the staff are very accommodating. Reasonable selection of sushi (better on weekends) and the sashimi is large and delicious. Reservations can be made and on weekends it is recommended. A great selection of drinks is available and of course Sapporo beer on tap is always a good choice for Japanese food. This menu is not only Japanese, however, as the name fusion implies, there is lots of food other than raw sushi and sashimi.

This is so far the best all you can eat sushi buffet restaurant in Markham. Not only they give you enough food, they also have very fresh sea food. Great for family gathering.
