Starbucks Coffee - Storrs

The kid who took my order needs a raise. Took my order accurately and efficiently while helping to keep the previous orders moving. This was the fastest I have ever gotten my coffee and it was still made with care and attention to detail. Quality of product and service wasn’t skimped on but the level of efficiency and skill of the workers was unmatched. Dietary restrictions: The food prep area was immaculate and viewable and the staff extremely efficient. All food/beverage items were handled with care and kept in clean separate containers. I did not even feel the need to disclose my dietary restrictions because of the well kept condition and exceptional staff. I felt safe and comfortable with this establishment. Kid-friendliness: The entire staff was polite and friendly. Lots of seating in a fairly quiet lounge with good visibility of the area. If you want to stop for a coffee and a rest and have the little ones with you this would be a great stop. Parking lot is busy and might require extra vigilance but is very close to the storefront.

Great place to relax and get some work done. Quick service. Music is soft not to distract you. Why can't they offer some soups? Chai Tea Latte was good but for the Cinamon. They should use Ceylon Cinamon. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered takeout for my meal, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. I spent between $1 and $10, which made it quite affordable. Food: 5/5 The food was outstanding! Service: 5/5 The service was top-notch; I couldn’t have asked for better. Atmosphere: 5/5 Even though I took my meal home, the atmosphere of the restaurant really stood out. I highly recommend trying their Frappuccino – it’s a must-have!

I visited today and found my Frappuccino was partially melted, and my pink drink was a bit watery. However, there's a silver lining—my drinks were ready on time. Since I arrived late, they had started to melt, but I really appreciate how reliably this location prepares pick-up orders. They always have the drinks ready and waiting by the time I get there. Thank you for making my day! I was running behind and couldn’t afford to wait, so I knew I could count on you. I would give this place a perfect 10/10! Just a tip—if you want your drinks in perfect condition, try to arrive at the designated pick-up time.
