The Lord who owns this place is super beautiful and knowledgeable. I've always known Taos is very authentic, but today was extraordinary. We ordered Dan Dan noodles, and cold sesame noodles that were not on the menu, but he did a turn of it with tahini and cucumber that was super tasty and refreshing. The Dan Dan Dan was garlicky and everything I was hoping for. My friend is obsessed with her beef cake. The best part? You can say that the noodles are pulled by hand and cut.
