Bidra med feedbackI have been here three times in the last month, but it has finally struck out for me. It really bothers me that this location is so nice and updated inside and out but the lack of basic things has fallen well below acceptable standards. Every visit the drink machines in the lobby and behind the counter had no ice. What little options there were for beverages were horribly flat and tasted more like the carbonation mixer than soda. The tables were sticky and dirty. The food tasted sub par and my order was wrong on 2/3 visits. The poor staff has to work with what they have and at least they were very accommodating and friendly. I will be visiting a different location going forward. Don't take the time to stop here, keep driving.
Customer service was very terrible , none of the employees are wearing gloves here . I noticed my burger was being prepped without gloves . Employee was handling the cash register and touching every item with her bare hands while prepping food . We will never come here again and failed to give me a receipt. As for the restaurant itself it was very dirty and so much dust on the windows.
Service is terrible Everytime we have dined in workers and manager look miserable; therefore, project the same atmosphere. No smiles or friendliness. Place is tidy but floor was sticky. Did not listen to order carefully. Everytime I have come here, I feel like I am bothering them. Too bad because they have a good location. Have not had problem with take out service.
The girl in drive thru laughed at my dad while he was making an order and then I saw her at the window…very poor customer service
Basil Barker was our cashier today. He was kind and cared about the order. The restaurant was understaffed, unfortunately, but he had everything under control. Wendy's should acknowledge employees like him. Personable, professional, and keeping your business going with little staff. Kudos to him and the team today
