Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

It’s disappointing to walk into the location at 4:45pm and they have almost nothing. When asked for a chocolate brownie, the cashier went to check before saying they’re all out. How is it the online order seems to be available for these items, but there are none available. I’m sure it’s not always like this, but it is my experience today.

Where do I start !!!!!! Tiff treats is amazing !!! The cookies are the best !!! I don't like cookies but tiffs treats I order once a a week .... hint why the scale keeps going up : peanut butter and chocolate chip !!!!!

We've shopped at Tiff's in the past but today was the best experience by far. Corwin was absolutely amazing and you can tell he's the kind of person that truly cares about others. He alone deserves more than a 5 star review so I hope the owners see this. Truly restored some of my faith in humanity for his kindness. His customer service was far beyond what I ever expected and he truly went above and beyond. From when I first walked in to ordering to leaving, Corwin is truly the type of employee any company should strive to have. We will definitely be ordering from Tiff's more. Thank you Corwin, you helped make my patient's birthday so special with your recommendations and beautiful packaging.

This location gets 4-stars from me. The cookies were amazing as always. The minus star is more for the customer service. While it wasn't bad it felt inattentive and unwelcoming. I understand they may have been overwhelmed, but just a key-point to remember for the service, people will always remember how you made them feel. I think it is important to take the time to hear out and assist with a customers concern and be very helpful.On the other hand the customer support crew from the emails are amazing. Informative and speedy with responses. Shout out to Rob in customer service!But as far as deserts go, this place is a definite go to. It gives the feeling of comforting homemade cookies. They can help with bad days.

The bite-size cupcakes are definitely not worth it. If they were a little bigger and warm, not out of the freezer, then maybe.
