We came in to grab a quick bite to eat for our anniversary and Manager Michael and Associate Marco gave us 5 Star treatment. Food and Service was amazing. Will definitely be back. Thank you for making our afternoon on our special day!

I ordered a lucky #7 that is supposed to have 7 meats. It seemed light on meat so I took it apart. There was no turkey, no roast beef. In fact it only had 4/7 meats on it. I was literally the only person in there so they couldn’t have confused my order with someone else and I ordered in the app so it wasn’t heard wrong. Frustrating to say the least.

Ordered two veggie pizza subs online (their menu says it can be made that way), customized it the way we wanted. What was delivered was everything we did not want in the sub. It’s like they randomly threw whatever they wanted in the sub. What pissed me off more was that each sub had its own itemized sticker on the bag with the correct order. It’s like they actively chose not to care or look at the order. My advice, look inside the sub before you eat it.

Came to pick up an order of 17 lunches and the kid behind the counter is talking to his friend on earphone. He couldn’t hear me over loud music so he said my “order should be there!” After I told him it a large order he tapped on his tablet saying it’s not ready yet , will be 330 pm. I was 30 minutes late to pick up my order for 1200

I recently had mouth surgery for cancer and the gentleman that helped me not only strained the soup so that I could eat it but added a cup of applesauce at no charge. Made my day to receive such accommodating. My sister-in-law had the apple walnut salad and raved how good and fresh it was. Location is tucked away a bit so don’t forget to stop when at the Rim.
