Jonathan and Jordan were excellent to work with. They made this experience super enjoyable.

The restaurant and service were great. I went on a day where my friend and I were the only people in the place. The food was fresh and made on the spot. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. But unlike a good chicken salad, it was pretty much just chunks of chicken. Nothing really special or tasty about the food. I was pretty disappointed. I'd say, if you're looking for good chicken salad, go to Chicken Salad Chick. They set my bar pretty high. Unfortunately this is the second time I've been to Potbelly and was really underwhelmed with their food.

Food here is great. Chicken club is my favorite. The Mac n cheese here is top notch, way better than McAlistersWish they had a location closer to where I resideThe worker that was wearing a dope duck shirt is cool too, super helpful and suggested how to make the sandwich the best

I ordered a lucky #7 that is supposed to have 7 meats. It seemed light on meat so I took it apart. There was no turkey, no roast beef. In fact it only had 4/7 meats on it. I was literally the only person in there so they couldn’t have confused my order with someone else and I ordered in the app so it wasn’t heard wrong. Frustrating to say the least.

Ordered two veggie pizza subs online (their menu says it can be made that way), customized it the way we wanted. What was delivered was everything we did not want in the sub. It’s like they randomly threw whatever they wanted in the sub. What pissed me off more was that each sub had its own itemized sticker on the bag with the correct order. It’s like they actively chose not to care or look at the order. My advice, look inside the sub before you eat it.
