Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I and another couple stopped in after visiting Mission San Juan. The food was excellent Tex-Mex traditional cuisine. The staff was responsive and friendly. The wait was short. The decor was traditional. We left stuffed. We had anticipated splitting the famous cheese cake, but we were too full and satisfied. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a Mexican food lunch.
Great price, great fruits! So fresh and delicious and huge portions for a small price. Service is good! Go get you some fruit y'all!
Scoop of South San Antonio Heaven! Great fun ! The strawberry ice cream is creamy with chunks of strawberries.
A perfect stop on a hot day. They have snow cones, fruit juice, smoothies, popsicles, and more. Their large watermelon juice is only $2! Only inconvenience is the cashiers can't speak English at all, they only know Spanish. I would not sit down and eat here cuz the surrounding area is kind of ghetto and run down, but I'd recommend this shop for a quick frozen fix to cool down.
This restaurant was suggested to us by a local and was an absolute hit with each of our family members! They treated us like special guests even though we were obviously travelers with limited Spanish. Every single item puffy tacos, cheese enchiladas, tamales, beef, chicken, street tacos, sopapillas, was absolute perfection. My only disappointment is this restaurant is so far from home.
