Dunkin' - Stoneham

I usually order using the app and pick it up to go. The food is decent and the service is satisfactory. However, the ambiance is a bit lackluster. It's not the kind of place you'd want to dine in, just grab your food and go.

I have been to this restaurant a few times because it is the closest to my house. I always use the app to order ahead of time before leaving my house, but my order is never ready on time. Yesterday was the last straw when I went to pick up my order. The store was empty, with all three employees laughing and chatting at the counter. And all I wanted was a couple of donuts. What is the point of ordering 5-10 minutes in advance if I still have to wait in line and potentially remind them about my order? This place never gets it right.
