Dinner House - Stoke-on-Trent

I had the unfortunate experience of getting takeout from this restaurant because my wife loves your duck dish... but that's where the positive feedback stops. I ordered salt and pepper chips and was extremely disappointed. The chef clearly has no idea what they are doing as there was no red or green chili, no salt, no pepper... basically just a portion of frozen chips with a few onions thrown in. It was so bad that I ended up throwing it away. I also ordered chicken egg foo yung, which had hardly any chicken and was dry and unappetizing. This restaurant really needs to improve their food quality as everything I tried was terrible.

I contacted the restaurant because my chicken was undercooked and the vegetables were not cooked at all. When I brought this to their attention, they asked me what I wanted them to do about it. The owner then came to the door and refused to address my concerns before walking away. The food lacked quality and I would recommend avoiding this restaurant to avoid making the same mistake.

I bought food from this restaurant and ordered soup. The soup was so hot that the lid exploded and spilled all over the carrier bag, soaking everything. Since I live nearby, I returned the food. However, the staff claimed it was my fault for not holding the food properly and refused to offer any solution. My family and I have decided not to order from this restaurant again because of their rude and unsociable behavior. They do not make any efforts to correct their mistakes. I would not even give them one star.

Eating the food my partner discoverd an artery in her chow mein................... will never use this take away again

Disgusted to have my food take over half an hour later than my allotted time and when it turns up its stone cold. Very angry.
