Taco Bell - Stockton

I had only one of the worst experiences at this place. I went to east hammer lane taco bell drive thru to get lunch for me and my family. the girl that took my order was the worst. she hates her job. she has really bad customer service hastened me constantly to finish the order. When I came into the window to pay, she told me that next time I got my card in the hand, so I won't need so long to pay. my wife heard what she told me and saw the look at my face and told me I'd let him go. we ordered 4 comb dishes and gave us only our drinks in the window. we were told that we park in front and a worker will bring us our food when it is ready. we waited for over 15 minutes and finally we got our food. when she gave me the food I told her when everything we ordered was in the bags. she said, “Yes, I checked twice.” I thanked her and we went. we were on the way to sacramento. when we came on the car, my wife started to distribute our food she then told me that everyone lacked the half of the combos they ordered. I was so angry that I wanted to turn around and go back. my wife said no because we had a doctor's appointment to come. I gave away my food so they could have a good lunch. my wife said I should let everything go and we're going somewhere else after the annoyed. my wife is the kind of person who never wants to problem. my family and I love taco bell, but after this case, who knows if we will ever be back. if I could give this place negative stars, I would give them

The service from the person who served me was excellent. However, the food quality was lacking and not up to par.

I stopped at this Taco Bell off Highway 99 on the way home and I'm glad I did. The service was friendly with smiles, the food was great, my order was correct and the tacos actually had meat in them, not just cheese. The fixings were also fresh. I arrived 20 minutes late for happy hour, but the manager still honored the happy hour price. The staff at this Taco Bell on Hammer Lane in Stockton were very respectful and nice. I highly recommend this Taco Bell location. Thank you to the wonderful employees at this Taco Bell.

Nice customer service can make your food taste better. very pleasant people in the drive thru. I gave my neighbour a ride to this one and she said stop here, her a good place to take a bite when they wait for the line to relax with packings. they can see the line from the parking place, give them a chance to jump in the line when it is to their taste everything, while a tasty bite at the taco bell and sit in their car with the ac. my neighbor was right because this line in packs was lazy when she first got out.

We ordered bean burritos and I think they put a whole friggin onion in each burrito. My daughter was so upset that she couldn't even eat them. They never put onions into the bean burritos unless you request it. When I asked one of the associates to remake her burrito he was very rude.
