Heatons Pizza And Kabab House

I have only dined at this restaurant once, and the food was terrible. It was so bad that I haven't returned since. In my opinion, it was one of the worst, if not the worst, chicken kebabs I have ever tasted.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely awful. The person taking my order got it wrong and admitted to not listening properly. I always order the same thing, and even did so last night. I specifically asked for everything to be separated, but my food arrived with the salad and sauce all over it. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone screamed at me and refused to correct the mistake. I have never been treated so aggressively before. The service was terrible, and despite being a loyal customer for a long time, I will never return to this restaurant.

Just ordered 3 pizzas all of which were over cooked on the top however the temperature was as if they had been sat for a while. All three pizzas came crushed and flavour was lacking.. chicken dry and pepperoni burnt even the margarita was poorly done. This place has gone down hill for quality but prices have risen. Will not be ordering from here in the future which is a shame as I used to always enjoy the pizza from here.

Only a rare user of takeaways, but very good pizza here. Picked up coleslaw from near by Co-op as waited for pizza to be cooked. 12 inch spicy beef very tasty and had left over slices for lunch- still tasty when cold. Will use again when opportunity rather than just need arises

I must admit, I've only ever eaten chips from here but it's a great place for some late night carbs after an evening in the Liz across the road. The chips are always hot, and the portion sizes generous.
