Burger King - Stevens Point

We sat in the window for at least 10 minutes after waiting for order for about 10 minutes. Food was ready because it was cold when we got it. It doesn't make sense that we were sitting for so long when the food was ready. It's not even the worst part. I thought I was crazy because the grill on my sandwich didn't taste like a grill. STEAK SAUCE. You put steak sauce on my bbq bacon crispy chicken sandwich. I don't think steak sauce is even on any food, so I'm really confused where it came from. I even had someone else trying to say it without something and they spit it out and said it was steak sauce. YUCK.

Sat in the drive through waiting at the intercom for 8 minutes and not a peep yesterday. While in the other lanes cars were moving. I ended driving away and going to McDonald?s. From Burger King to McDonalds I had my food in my mouth in 5 minutes. I would have still be waiting at Burger King for someone to even say hello.

Usually like Burger King, but this Stevens Point location is run horribly. I would definitely not recommend the Point location to anyone. For some reason there food tastes different then other locations. Guessing they don't clean very well.

I always liked Burger King. You have to ask for salt, ketchup, napkins, sauce, and even when you request no tomatoes... you're digging them of your Whoppers. the Taste is always good. I didn't have any sauce with my nuggets I ate them anyway. I'm interested in seeing what will be left of center next time I go.

I understand that you closed the dining area, but does that mean all the employees were let go? I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to get two Whoppers and an order of fries. When I got back on the road and checked my bag, I found that there were no ketchup or napkins included. Very disappointing...
