Naples Spaghetti House - Steubenville

Chicken Parm was so burnt I couldn't cut it with a knife, they only took $4.00 off of the meal which I feel the chicken is the main dish in this meal. Waiter never came back to ask if everything was okay or to see if we needed anything, I had to get another waitress to get him about the chicken. My husband and I had been in there several times before he passed and always enjoyed the food and service but it has went down hill considerably. When I spoke to the manager he was not helpful at all, he said he cut the chicken with a fork and I replied he must be a lot stronger than I am. What happened to taking good care of your customers? Needless to say I will NEVER go back there to eat!

In its 101st year, Naples continues to deliver the quality that both locals rely on and visitors joyfully discover. The food is excellent, and the wait staff is both friendly and efficient. This is my first time in town in six years, and without a doubt, Naples was my top choice to visit.

Delicious! The food was outstanding, and the staff was friendly. This charming little restaurant is nestled in the heart of Steubenville. I highly recommend trying their homemade bread and gnocchi!
