I absolutely love this restaurant! The charming old house, which has been transformed into an eatery, has a nostalgic feel reminiscent of the 1940s or 50s. The atmosphere is both lively and exceptionally clean. Their specialty is a family-style, pan-roasted Southern-style chicken served with all the traditional sides. It's the best I've ever tasted! I believe it’s what Frankenmuth based their menu on years ago. After dining at Iva, I would gladly drive the extra half hour, as I'll never want to eat at Frankenmuth again. If you're searching for classic chicken dinners, this is the place to go!
