I had a similar experience to many other customers. I used to visit this restaurant regularly and often brought friends along. However, yesterday, my lamb was undercooked—very chewy and unappetizing. I was so put off that I couldn't finish my meal. I thought it might just be an isolated issue, so I approached the cook to let him know. At first, he denied there was a problem, but then offered to recook the lamb. It was obvious, though, that the meat had been cut open and was still red in the middle, so I wasn't sure how he could fix it. Eventually, he agreed to give me two or three new pieces of lamb. However, I ended up waiting for another 20 minutes, and despite the fact that there were no other customers, he still hadn't brought me any meat. After checking other reviews, I realized this wasn't just a one-time issue.

Catered chicken... and everyone got sick. What does that say? My first instinct is to contact the company to see if they’ll address their mistake, and I did just that. Unfortunately, the staff never returned my call, even after assuring me they would issue a refund. I've experienced food poisoning a few times before but never reported it. This time, however, it affected not just me but my entire family and friends. Service: Takeout.

I usually love coming here. They’re always on point the best kabob around. But I got the chicken kabob today and I don’t know if they have a new cook or what, but the chicken was not cooked. Very chewy. It grossed me out I couldn’t even finish anything else. Also, the green spicy sauce had a weird flavor to it. Very disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be going back here. Service: Take out
