Bidra med feedbackI generally love this restaurant but wow this last visit upset meFirstly, grabbing food for multiple people, separate orders, you have to go thru the line AGAIN just to order, weird. Never have I had to do that at a drive thru.Secondly, I always get no ice in my drinks and the worker said she can’t do that and then talked to their manager, and the window was shut so I couldn’t hear her but my drinks were severely watered down, I’m talking la croix level.My main point here is the sandwich, I am allergic to a lot of things so this upset me. I ordered sandwich with mustard, not mayo as I’m allergic. They accidentally put mayo on, I understand a simple mistake so I go thru the drive thru for a third time (Re member I had to go through twice to order multiple meals) and then she tells me I need to come inside to handle replacement. I come inside and wait in line for the fourth time and get the sandwich, replaced and now it was missing pickles. I didn’t bother getting that fixed by the time. This was all said and done I have wasted 40 minutes and my frozen yogurt was liquid as it’s summer.Additionally, the girl that served me and gave me the water down beverages gave me quite a Rude look when I came in to get the sandwich fixed. Will not be coming back for a while.Also, they forgot the cheese on my friends cheesy potato !

We love Arthurs'! Great food and frozen yogurt is wonderful. Highly recommend.
Went to rock falls Arthur's today and got a qt. Of chilli. The chilli was $16.95 and they refused to give me a small cup of cheese or onions on the side without an upcharge. For over $16 for chilli I feel that's the least they could have done.
Went to the pickup window and ordered the veg pasta salad. Really like that salad it's very good.
