Pho On 74th In Westm - ster

The Pho at this restaurant was delicious, the place was clean and welcoming. I ordered takeout and was pleased with the generous portion served in a large bowl. The ingredients were fresh and the broth was flavorful. And to top it off, the price was reasonable. What more could you ask for?

This restaurant is extremely overhyped. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, to say the least. They sent a coupon via email stating "get a free bowl of pho with any drink," but when I went to the register, they said it was actually any drink with any entree, and then still charged for the drink on top of that. They also consistently forget my daughter's food. I've given them multiple chances to improve, but unfortunately, the service and food quality have not gotten any better. The food is always cold, and I am puzzled as to how they have so many customers. I usually like to support local businesses, but in this case, I will have to pass. I would not recommend this restaurant at all, I would rate it 0 out of 10.
