Cold Stone Creamery In Westm - ster

I picked up an order this evening, and one of the items was not made correctly. While I was there, I encountered several other issues as well. The music featured profanity, and the staff seemed to be goofing off the entire time. It didn't appear that there was a manager supervising the restaurant. Several customers, including myself, were left waiting to have our orders taken while the staff was busy playing pranks on each other. Additionally, the work surface was never cleaned between orders.

I usually don't write reviews, but I was truly impressed by the customer service at this Cold Stone location. We all know that Cold Stone ice cream is fantastic, but what really surprised me was the warm, neighborhood ice cream shop vibe I felt despite it being a chain. The managers went above and beyond to help fix a mistake I made with a custom cake order, going out of their way to ensure everything was right. Their generosity helped make my husband's birthday special! The cake was not only beautiful but also delicious. Thank you, Petey and team!
