Domino's Pizza - Stephens City

Great pizza and cheese sticks! Nice delivery to my car!

Walked in to order a simple pasta dish... told me 45 min wait.... I left....

Ordered one pizza, order of garlic bites, and a chicken ceasar salad for curbside. Got a courtesy call that my order would be 10 minutes delayed due to the oven being down, which was originally appreciated. Waited the alloted time, then hit i was here for the order, and the 2 minute garuntee timer started counting down as of 6:31pm. At the 45-second mark of the timer, it stopped and said my order is coming out as of 6:33pm. Waited a few minutes, nothing. I worked in the restaurant industry, so i always try to be patient and understanding. After about 30-45 minutes pass i started to grow concerned. I witness 4 other people go in and out and leave upset with no food. At that point i decided to walk in. I kindly asked for an eta for my order and its details. I was met with a blank expression and nothing else. After they scrambled around looking for my food it was just sitting under the heat lamps for i dont know how long. They grabbed the pizza and garlic bites, fumbled the ceasar around, handed me the food and pushed me out the door. There was no apology, care, or concern about the insane amount of wait time. Overall experience was poor. The only redeeming quality was the courtesy call in the beginning. But operating in bad faith, and the poor customer service will probably be the downfall of this location.

Good service when I ask for deliver they never take a while have great food

Got the mix and match deal. Pizza was ok. They did not do the one correctly. They have made it right, though.
