Domino's Pizza - Stephens City

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I arrived, I was told, "We gave away your pizza, so we’ll have to make it again." While I understand that mistakes can happen, it was frustrating. I had to wait in 90° heat for pizzas that I was assured were ready. When I went back inside, I expected some sort of compensation for the time I spent waiting, but there was none. To make matters worse, when I finally brought the pizzas home, I found they were poorly assembled. It seems the owner is indifferent to their customers, and honestly, I'm inclined to drive a bit further for better pizza now. It's a shame because Domino's used to be my favorite pizza place. This experience has really changed that for me.

I would give them a 5 if they could stop getting my pizza toppings wrong. The last time I ordered a three-topping pizza, they accidentally changed it to a two-topping pizza, which meant they still missed one of my toppings.

Walked in to order a simple pasta dish... told me 45 min wait.... I left....
