Chicken Chef Steinbach Window 365

We travel from Winnipeg out to steinbach chicken chef because everything is the best our server Kathy was wonderful .

Yesterday my sister and I went in to place a take out order and as I was placing my order, we noticed a posted special for exactly what I was ordering. Upon asking the host if that deal applied, she just said no. When I asked why, she said, “I wish I could tell you” and dismissed me to take my sister’s order. We asked to find out why, and she took her coworker in the back, and when they came back they didn’t say a single word to us, just gave me cash back for the discounted amount (I would’ve preferred it back on my card, but ?‍ .The whole thing was so unprofessional and the level of customer service was at a zero. Which is a standard at this location, bc this isn’t the first time a Steinbach Chicken Chef employee has been either rude, or flat out argued.The food was fine, very mid tier not a big loss to not go back.

Best chicken in Steinbach. The server was very friendly, and the food was out in minutes. Great lunch experience.
