Bidra med feedbackI made my order to the app, and wanted to have the pizza well done but there 's nowhere on the app to have that info. So I called them and drove to the store while on hold and when I walked in I asked them if their phone was ringing and she said we don 'tanswer the phone . So, don 't call them just order online. The Pizza was good, and ready when I arrived. She said they keep theextra most bestest in the oven a little bit longer anyway so it was just like I like it.
I came to get my pizza that I ordered online and while waiting for the employees to open the door they are just yelling at each other. It was some girl with a heart tattoo by her eye, anyways. It took them a long time opening the door it wasn?t even10:00pm not even 9:30. These employees need training or you need to hire new employees that value their job. When the lady wasyelling at the man she kept on looking in my direction as if I was gonna agree with anything she was saying. I just wanted mypizza and they took about 5 minutes to even open the door cause i know they seen and heard me knocking. This happened 7/26/2022between 8:40-9:00.
After receiving an email that my order was ready for pickup, I arrived only to discover it was incomplete. By the time I received the missing item, my pizza had already cooled down. When I got home, I was disappointed to find that my ultimate supreme pizza was made without pepperoni or sausage. I attempted to call the store for help, but ended up on hold for over 10 minutes without any answer. Not once have I been able to successfully order online and pick it up from this Steger location without needing to interact with the staff to complete, fix, or retrieve my order.
I ordered a pizza and wings online and received an email confirming that my order was ready. However, when I arrived, the lobby was locked, so I was forced to wait in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, even though my food was supposed to be ready. Once I got to the window, I told the employee my name, and he went to grab my order from the warming rack. He then took it to the back instead of handing it to me. Another staff member came to the window and told me to pull forward because my food wasn't actually ready. I explained that I received an email stating it was done and that the first guy had taken my food, which must have been a mistake. She insisted it wasn't ready. At this point, I had been waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I told her I no longer wanted the order and requested a refund. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating, and I think this location is a joke. They can't even manage basic orders correctly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate it with negative stars, I absolutely would.
I went there today and they don’t answer the phone. When I inquired, they simply said they don’t take phone calls! I couldn’t order online either because there’s no option to customize my order. As a result, I ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru since the inside was only open for pickup, only to receive the wrong order! I returned to the drive-thru to speak with the manager, who was nice, but the person who remade my pizza clearly doesn’t pay attention to orders. When I asked for light sauce, I didn’t expect it to ooze out of every slice! I’m not going back for a third time, so now I’m stuck with a pizza I paid for but can’t eat!
