I ordered a milkshake and it had a very liquidy consistency unlike a normal milkshake's consistency, also the person at the front desk seemed a bit confused so another coworker had to teach her how to use the machine, overall it's a great combination of two companies though

So paying customers buying ice cream) Have to pay $1 for a cup of ice water??? The cost of the cup they say. Are you kidding me? As a manager who has done cost of inventory I know better. Bad customer relations. Forget that you can keep your cup of water.

Sundae was ordered and they had no actual hot fudge or wet nuts available two very key ingredients for a Sunday They had both warming units for the caramel and the hot fudge both clean and unused instead they used a bottle of Hershey syrup ... had we been informed prior to the order that there was no hot fudge or wet nuts we would have not ordered the sundae.... very disappointed

This Baskin-Robbins is a joint venture with Dunkin Donuts. The young ladies in there were super friendly and answered my questions. My favorite is the Jamoca Almond fudge Ice Cream but I went in there to try March's Golden Oreo Irish Cream ice cream and it was delicious. I also purchased to pints!! This location also has drive thru.

Even on a basic order, this place and most of all its servers is/are the worst of the worst. My husband ordered a vanilla hot fudge sundae. So basic it 's embarrassing. He got some kind of crazy ice water or ice milk for the ice cream, and then the tiniest 1/10th of a teaspoon of wet chocolate to stand in for hot fudge. I ordered one scoop with hot fudge and after watching my server use rags to clean off the cup, where apparently all of the chocolate was spilled in some sloppy fashion, she hands me an ice cream with basically no hot fudge. I thought, maybe I have to dig around, perhaps the hot fudge went down on the cup insides, but NO, there was basically no hot fudge. When I asked my server to remedy the situation, instead of trusting me, believing me, accommodating me, or even working with me, or even having ANY sympathy, instead the snotty little brat actually argued with me, actually suggested I got my 99 cents worth and if I wanted more (meaning some hot fudge, since I got no hot fudge) I could pay another 99 cents. Seriously? Once I threatened I would complain to a regional manager the on site manager said he would help, but only gave me chocolate sauce, not HOT FUDGE, which was the topping I PAID FOR. Forget the ice water my husband got, as it was just a joke. We had gone to this place once to twice a month for the past 13 years we have been for the last time. Never will we give this place another penny and we will warn everyone off of it. It 's bad enough when your food is bad or wrong. It 's about a million times worse when the workers, manager, and owners treat you like dirt when they fail to meet the most basic standards. We also often go local, in spite of coming to this place too. We will ONLY buy local ice cream from now on. We will tell everyone we know NEVER to patronize this Baskin Robbins. Two thumbs down and negative 5 stars.
