Bidra med feedbackGreat ce cream, terrible customer service. The person ahead of me left because she was being ignored. I tried to call from inside the store to ask someone to come to the register. I could hear the phone ringing. They hung up without answering. When I finally got someone’s attention and told her the person before me left because she was being ignored, she just laughed and ignored the comment. Other than the person who left, I was the only one in the store. There were four employees on duty. Two of them walked by me standing at the register and said not one word to me, just kept walking. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced this level of rudeness from so many employees at the same time.
Was in line before closing but because the person ahead of me took too long they refused to take my order
The ice cream tasted great but the customer service was awful. The lady that has big eyes had a serious attitude. I came in to order ice cream and she said, “none of the ingredients are available so it’s best to just cancel the order and leave”. I guess some people don’t want to help out their customer so I took her advice and I’ll never come back again.
I ordered a milkshake and it had a very liquidy consistency unlike a normal milkshake's consistency, also the person at the front desk seemed a bit confused so another coworker had to teach her how to use the machine, overall it's a great combination of two companies though
So paying customers buying ice cream) Have to pay $1 for a cup of ice water??? The cost of the cup they say. Are you kidding me? As a manager who has done cost of inventory I know better. Bad customer relations. Forget that you can keep your cup of water.
