Vitalia - Staten Island

So pleasant. we have even connected the program. always very good.

The filet mignon special was surprisingly small for the price of the meal. Ordered off the menu chicken with the salad and was very good. Tuna Tatar was okay. Didn’t like the flavor with the pickled onions service was excellent

Jordan, our server, as well the entire wait staff who assisted her throughout the entire 3 1/2hrs were excellent. Cuisine overall was very good. All dishes were prepared and served as ordered, and each course was appropriately spaced out in a timely manner. In my opinion, the only negative about Vitalia is its restaurant ambiance , or lack there-of (table settings, lighting, seating, etc. at best, is marginal.

Vitalia is a very good Italian restaurant. The service was only sub par bc of being short staffed. However, the bar tender was wonderful! She was busy, so we understood. The set up is a little strange though but that’s due to the space they have in the plaza, it’s a long venue. The main thing is the food is outstanding…from the meatballs, quinoa salad, sweet spicy calamari to the main courses…short ribs, gnocchi, pesto halibut. All amazing dishes!!! Xoxo

Nice half sandwich option. No regular tea though. It was very good. We will definitely return.
