Starbucks Coffee - Stamford

This situation has experienced a renovation, as I was in the interior, which is a great improvement. The drive-thru line is always exceptionally long and turns around the parking space, so that going in the rule the better option. the staff was friendly, but I got an ice cream instead of the frappuccino I had ordered. the customer before us experienced the same problem and sent her drink back to be restored. I was in a hurry, so I took the drink, but they can obviously get sloppy when they're busy.

This place was slammed when I was there and they were doing a great job of keeping up and getting it done right.

Hello good morning I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to make one I went this morning may 9th 2022 at 8:20am to pick up my mobile order And the shift manager I believe her name is Joy was very disrespectful not only to me but the other customers as well! She’s loud GHETTO the way she talks to her employees are ridiculous!!!!

Never usually have a problem here but the “manager” was very rude; was sitting in the drive through and by the time I got to the window my drink was warm; and she wouldn’t take it back or remake it plus was very unfriendly.

My Salted Caramel Cold Brew was amazing! The drive thru line was quite a wait though.
