Bidra med feedbackTerrible experience. There were no gloves being used during a pandemic. The employee touched the lid with her bare hands, so I asked for a new lid to put on myself. Her friend at the counter, who also appeared to be an employee, started yelling at me, claiming that Dunkin' Donuts doesn't provide gloves and that I was being rude for requesting a new lid. This place was disgusting, and the staff was absolutely terrible.
The worst dunkin, I've been one before. I ordered the same for 2 weeks to give them a chance. Today it is. the hearts interpersed a medium unsweet iced tea as unsweet iced latte. I'm not sure where the confusion was, but the difference in the money is like $2. who cares about $2, but his job did it for me. I asked for a refund and he said no. I said sorry her, that went on for 8 minutes. then his coworker finally took money from the drink glass and gave it to me. $2, but the job is the worst. if they don't want to work in a hot day, they'll call.
Ordered through the app as I got off of the train. Coffee was ready and waiting for me by the time I got to the pickup location.
If they ever came from their phones, could they take my order? two employees, both on their handys. we made eye contact, I gave up and went.
Quick service, but the drinks were watered down. I ultimately had to toss out my $2.31 purchase. I won't be returning. There's another coffee shop just steps away from this Dunkin’ that I would have chosen if I had known about it. Maybe next time!
