Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Stafford

I believe the restaurant is doing everything they can to drive customers away. After multiple disappointing visits, I have decided not to return. Often, when they claim to include additives like vitamins in their smoothies, they do not mix them properly, about 60% of the time. Additionally, when I requested a banana as a side, they typically substitute it with chips without notifying me. During my most recent visit, I ordered 2 smoothies and 2 wraps with bananas as sides, but only received one wrap, one banana, and one smoothie.

The smoothie was thick and some of it was stuck to the bottom. They should consider receiving training at the Westheimer location in Westchase.

I have enjoyed every Tropical Smoothie Cafe I have visited except for this one. The staff is unfriendly and disrespectful, and the food is not up to par.

Drove 20 minutes to get there and it was 30 min till close . When we got there they said no food only smoothies . Extremely disappointing! If you’re going to close earlier put the closing time when you ACTUALLY close .

I had the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread and Paradise point smoothie! Both were really good! I special ordered my flatbread and it came out exactly how I requested!!
