Basil's - Stafford

I had dinner there last night with another couple. Got seated by the owner right away. Our waitress was at out table in less than a minute. Beverages were brought to our table in a couple of minutes. The salads were very large with great dressings .Dinner portions are huge and absolutely delicious. This is the 3rd visit and will keep coming back. The value is excellent. I had the Chicken Parm.

Basils has great food. That being said, the owner chooses to stand around and watch his employees work their butts off than lend a helping hand. I let the girl at the desk know what a good job she was doing and that I was sorry no one was helping her. She said she was used to it. I shared my thoughts with the owner, respectfully, and was treated to slew of cuss words. Due to the arrogance of the owner and the way he treats people, I do not recommend Basils. The owner may well chime in here. Bet he won't post the security footage of him standing there doing nothing.

The staff are always happy and polite but the food, omg it is delicious every time ? my favorite lunch is the cowboy burger and my favorite dinner is the chicken Parm but everything I have ever eaten here is simply amazing!!!
