Mcdonald's - St. Thomas

We went to McDonald for dinner with our kids. Our food was fast, hot, correctly made to order and the staff were very friendly. During our dinner one of our kids dropped their chocolate milk and the staff were quick to mop it up, on a plus side super friendly too. After dinner we got ice cream cones and my daughter dropped hers when trying to get the cone wrapper off and a staff member replaced it for her. It definitely made her night and ours as parents! Thanks St. Thomas McDonald's.

Waiting 20-30 mins for juice! No one told us they ran out. Meanwhile we had our groceries in our cart! Seems like all three people who were working were all kids who didn't care!

So let me tell this tale, this is my go to McDonald 's. I walked after a long day and thought to myself I could go for a juicy,beefy Big Mac at thos point my mouth was drooling, I walked to the counter and proudly said I will take a Big Mac, but please I 'm begging you, do not put lettuce on my delightful sandwich the lady said okay. I anxiously awaited for my mouthwatering meal. When it was time I collected my meal, I went to my car, drove home it was a hard drive home, I was so thrilled to take a big bite out of that delightful meat). I arrived at my home and set up my eating location, I pulled out my microscope, I always double check my food for lettuce. It was almost in the clear when I looked at the bun, there was a atom of lettuce, I gasped, I could barley breath. I shook my head in disbelief. I could not Believe this, keep in mind I had been going to this McDonald 's for the past 30 years, and this had never occurred. I still am shook up about this devastating incident. I 'm not even sure what else to say, stay safe friend.

Manager is openly talking about customers in negative way. Witnessed multiple times. Immature.

Food was very fresh and made perfectly. Tables and floors were clean and garbages weren’t overflowing
